About - C.A.I.S. (Canadian Automotive Information Services)

Canadian Automotive Information Services was formed in November 2002 by Gary Wilde.

Gary’s broad mechanical background in the automotive industry began as a Class A Mechanic culminating in his becoming an automotive dealership owner. This was followed by 4 years as an award winning Sales Representative for a major automotive repair manual company, then 4 years as an Alldata Sales Rep for one of the largest territories in Canada. In 2002, Gary was approached by ALLDATA to become an authorized ALLDATA Canadian sales agent for all of Canada and C.A.I.S. was born.

C.A.I.S. offers Canadian Alldata subscribers billing in Canadian dollars, Customer Service in both French and English, comprehensive training and support, as well as one stop computer shopping.

The sales organization was expanded to encompass all major areas of the country and the administrative team was increased to include experienced staff with extensive backgrounds in customer service and the automotive sector. Since 2002, C.A.I.S has significantly increased Alldata’s Canadian presence and customer satisfaction.

Providing exceptional customer service has always been a priority and is mandated as the cornerstone of C.A.I.S.’s mission statement listed below:
